Big Time WRs and a Bell Cow in NE?

Delivered Faster than 101MPH

Even on a slow news day we have some interesting nuggets to discuss…

  1. Travis Hunter remains one of the highest upside + highest risk picks. After primarily starting Jaguars practices as a WR, GM James Gladstone explains that was due to his natural comfort on defense and there being ‘so much more adjustments in real time on the offensive side of the ball that would require a lot more learning’ [Sports Illustrated].

  2. Giants WRs Malik Nabers and Jalin Hyatt are both dealing with injuries. Nabers (toe) is expected back for training camp [CBS Sports] while the status of Jalin Hyatt (leg) is up in the air after leaving practice early [Dan Duggan].

  3. TreVeyon Henderson still hasn’t proven he ‘can be a true bell-cow back instead of just a good third-down back’ [The Athletic]. Fantasy take: I think Rhamondre is a strong value in the 11th round of Underdog and a tier above the Javonte Williams / Bhayshul Tuten guys who go right before him.

  4. Shedeur Sanders removes any concerns about his speed after getting cited for going 101 in a 60 mph zone. This isn’t a fantasy relevant tweet - it’s just so unexpected given the hoopla around Sanders [ESPN].

  5. Any of you playing the SuperFlex contest on Underdog? I’m 100+ drafts deep and one underutilized tip I can share is not nearly enough people are building week 17 game stacks with both QBs. We rarely get this level of correlation in DFS or Best Ball but with the ability to start 2 QBs, it’s a huge opportunity.
