Rashee Rising, Mixon Slipping, and Skattebo Signing
The market is moving... are you?

Happy Friday! Let’s get to the news & notes ✍️
Is the Rashee Rice hype going too far? His Underdog ADP has reached the 2nd round (23.1), and I think it’ll keep rising with these positive health reports [Matt McMullen].
My take: I’ve been drafting him a ton, but I think once he gets to Ladd McConkey (18.3) / De’Von Achane (17.2), that’s too expensive for me
Reports on Joe Mixon’s health have shifted from ‘ready for training camp’ to ‘at some point during training camp’ [Aaron Wilson].
My take: I’m far from sounding the alarm, but signing Nick Chubb and delaying the Mixon timeline definitely catches my attention. Reinforces my confidence that Chuba Hubbard and Kenneth Walker are better picks at similar cost
Cam Skattebo has officially signed his rookie contract [Mike Garafolo]. This is noteworthy because his ADP had been falling while he was missing from practice amid injury speculation.
My take: Skattebo is the shiny new toy in New York, but I still prefer Tyrone Tracy as the incumbent. Sure, Skattebo’s upside may be higher, but if we’re shooting for upside, I’d rather target other RBs in that range on stronger offenses (like Zach Charbonnet or Travis Etienne).
Marshawn Lloyd saw what the doctors did for Christian Watson (zero hamstring issues in ’24 after missing 11 games the previous two years) and said, I want that for me. He didn’t participate fully in offseason workouts but claims ‘he was 100 percent’ [The Athletic].
My take: The Packers have signaled they want Lloyd to play a complementary role to Jacobs but health has been the biggest issue. I’m slightly overweight in best ball and will likely continue that trend
