Tetairoa McMillan: BUY
T-Mac fits all the characteristics of a great buy-low: expecting positive TD regression, improving peripherals, and young talent more likely to break out in the second half of the season. McMillan has increased his offensive snaps percentage each week (83% - 85% - 90% - 94%) and is the only player besides Puka Nacua that has 8+ targets each week. He’s been close to big games and the time to buy him is now before he gets friendly part of the schedule vs the Dolphins, Cowboys, and Jets.

Alvin Kamara: SELL
If you can find someone who still believes in Alvin Kamara, now is the time to take a deal - even if you’re getting less than his pre-draft value. Kendre Miller’s role is likely to only increase and without a high-volume role, Kamara doesn’t have the efficiency at this point of his career to meet expectations. There is an out that Kamara gets traded but even then, it is unlikely he has the same type of pass catching role he has had for the Saints the past few years.

Jake Ferguson: HOLD
Jake Ferguson owners should be listening to offers but not jumping at the bit to trade away Ferguson. He has an impressive 23% target share through four games, and that is unlikely to go down while CeeDee Lamb is still out. However, I do think this run is not likely to last the entire season and eventually he’ll regress to a back-end TE1.
