Can we Safely Start Woody Marks?

TNF Preview

📝 News & Notes

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Texans still view Woody Marks as "predominantly a passing-game back and one who had a bit of an injury history in college.” [ESPN]
My take: This aligns with the Texans’ recent usage of Nick Chubb in their 44-10 win vs Baltimore. This makes Marks a frustrating weekly play until we get more evidence that Marks is truly usurping Chubb instead of just staying in a complementary role.

Joe Flacco set to start Week 6 vs Green Bay [Mike Garafolo]
My take: This is likely to be a rather difficult first game for Flacco, as he gets his second chance this year against the Packers after a Week 3 13-10 loss. But easier matchups await for the Bengals as 6 of their 9 following games are against defenses that are bottom five against QBs in fantasy points.

My favorite bet of the game
NYG +7
I don’t normally pick sides in a game but this has all the shapings of a closer game than the market expects. The Eagles’ style naturally keeps games close, getting ahead and running to manage the clock and minimize mistakes. The Giants have the benefit of playing at home and I believe this team is stronger than their record implies. Give me the two outs for the game actually being close or the Giants getting a late backdoor cover.

📊 Poll of the Day

Yesterday’s poll: Who scores the most fantasy points this week?

You all pick the player with 0 TDs on the year and Bryce Young as his QB!? Respect. It really is a great match-up and I think we might finally see the breakout game for McMillan but my vote goes for Xavier Worthy in what could be a shoot-out with Detroit.

Where will Joe Flacco finish as a QB in his first Bengals game?
