📝 Risers & Fallers

Whether you’ve been drafting all summer or just starting to think about fantasy football, it’s important to know how ADPs have been shifting and have a strategy for how to attack these movers.

Below are the biggest movers in Underdog ADP in the last 30 days (data provided by bbmdb.com).

📈 Risers I’m Fading

A.J. Brown (NE, WR), up 6.2% to an 18.2 ADP
My take: I’m out at this price. Brown is a stud, but you’re paying a top-seven WR tag for a soon-to-be 29-year-old who just changed teams and has to build chemistry from scratch with Drake Maye in a run-leaning offense. His yards per route run fell from 3.00 in 2024 to 2.07 in 2025, a 31% drop that can be partly attributed to his team drama but that also can’t be completely ignored. The projections top out around 1,200 yards and seven scores, which is fine, but not a league-winner at that cost. Worst of all, the weeks that decide your title come against some of the nastiest pass defenses in football, @KC, @NYJ, and home vs DEN.

Rashid Shaheed (SEA, WR), up 5.3% to a 131.1 ADP
My take: After trading for Shaheed in the middle of 2025, the Seahawks extended him this offseason with a three year, $51 million deal. That’s promising but I just can’t get over that the Seahawks played their best football last year with him averaging fewer than 3 targets per game. And with Tory Horton back at camp and a very similar style player as Shaheed, I don’t think his role as the #2 is as much of a lock as the money implies.

Quentin Johnston (LAC, WR), up 5.0% to a 74.5 ADP
My take: This ADP is insane to me when you compare the other players going around him. He is a prime candidate for touchdown regression (8 TDs on 84 targets is unsustainable) and managed a measley 1.51 yards per route run in 2025. The addition of Mike McDaniel may be bullish but he’ll also be competing against one of the most crowded rooms of pass catchers in the league. I expect them to run more 2-WR sets with the signings of two additional TEs and a pass catching back in Keaton Mitchell, which poses serious risk for Johnston being a full-time player if Harris continues his ascension.

📉 Fallers I’m Drafting

Drake London (ATL, WR), down 5.3% to a 19.9 ADP
My take: Even in a messy season, London ran a 30.3% target share, fourth in the NFL, through Week 10 before injury. London is one of the biggest target hogs in football, and the only reason he’s slipping to WR8 is quarterback anxiety with Penix and Tua. Volume like this is bankable no matter who’s under center, so I’m happy to let the QB noise hand me a top-five ceiling at a discount.

Jameson Williams (DET, WR), down 3.9% to a 50.6 ADP
My take: I’m buying the dip. Sam LaPorta’s return and the week-to-week swings are real, but a WR26 tag on a guy who just cleared 1,100 yards in the best offensive environment in football is a bargain. And there may not be more of a ‘better in best ball’ type spike week player as he ripped of 23 catches of 20+ yards in 2025. He also has substantial contingency upside if one of the other high volume Lions were to go down. I feel like we’re paying a median price for a player with both weekly and season long ceiling and I’ll take that all the time.

Jakobi Meyers (JAX, WR), down 5.5% to a 107.0 ADP
My take: Classic boring value. Likely a small hit but when I need WR in this range, with a tier dropoff at the position after him, I’m happily taking Meyers. He is the most reliable target-earner in an ambiguous Jaguars room (Meyers soaked up a 42% target share after his midseason trade), and Trevor Lawrence is going to lean on him. At WR48 you’re getting a steady PPR floor that if he ends up on the right side of TD variance could signifcantly surpass his value.

Trey McBride (ARI, TE), down 5.5% to a 28.7 ADP
My take: I don’t usually like elite TE on Underdog, particularly in a year when I think there are strong pockets of the draft to take TE later on. But if he’s going to keep falling, I’m going to start buying. I understand why people are scared of the QB situation but there’s a strong argument he’s QB proof or at least that risk is baked in at this new price.
His 11 touchdowns probably regress, but nobody at the position touches his target share.
