No more preseason games. Rosters are down to 53 players. NFL games are so close you can almost smell it. Here's what Tuesday's practice fields told us about Week 1.

Ja'Marr Chase (CIN, WR) and Tee Higgins (CIN, WR) both got Week 1 clarity on Tuesday, when Zac Taylor said Chase (knee) will be a limited participant this week but "feels good about" where the receiver stands, and pegged Higgins' heel contusion as no real concern.
My take: Chase stays my overall WR1 (r1, ADP 3) and ahead of Puka who still has a potential suspension lingering. I think it’s unlikely but still a possibility. Higgins remains a solid 3rd round WR, with the only reason I’m not higher on because the talent that also gets drafted around him.

TreVeyon Henderson (NE, RB) is still rehabbing a right ankle injury and hasn't been cleared for full practice, per Mike Reiss.
My take: This has been the offseason from hell for Henderson. Everything is pointing to Rhamondre Stevenson being the better fantasy pick this year.

Javonte Williams (DAL, RB) is locked in atop the Dallas backfield after the Cowboys spent the weekend waiving the competition, then claimed Emari Demercado off waivers as a depth piece.
My take: Demercado isn’t nothing, especially when the allure of Jaydon Blue was that he could play a complementary pass catching role. I still think it’s been a very solid offseason for Javonte Williams and he is set up to smash.

Khalil Shakir (BUF, WR) stayed sidelined at Tuesday's practice with an undisclosed issue, even as Keon Coleman (foot/toe) returned to the field.
My take: I'm not panicking on the WR56, but "undisclosed" this close to Week 1 goes on the watch list. His ADP has steadily been dropping as all the camp hype has been around DJ Moore and Dalton Kincaid.

Elsewhere: Jonathon Brooks (CAR) sat out Tuesday with soreness; the Colts "hope" Alec Pierce (ankle) plays Week 1; and Luther Burden (CHI) returned to practice from a groin issue.
