Happy New Year from FFin60

Happy New Year to everyone and may your 2026 fantasy football season be better than 2025!

📝 News & Notes

Lamar Jackson to play in playoff-deciding game in Pittsburgh
My take: Market was already expecting this as spread has remained steady around 3.5 point favorites for the Ravens.

Josh Allen not seen practicing Thursday, with insiders believing the Bills may choose to rest Allen rather than playing for a better seed
My take: With the Texans double-digit favorites and likely earning the 5-seed, this leaves the Bills deciding if it’s worth risking Allen for the difference between the 6 and 7-seed (not to mention they could probably still beat the Jets with Trubisky at the helm).

Davante Adams has returned to practice
My take: Don’t expect Adams back this week but returning to practice is a telling sign he’ll be good to go for the playoffs.

Luther Burden III practiced in full Thursday
My take: After a brief injury scare, Burden does not look like he’ll have any limitations as they play the Lions in an attempt to secure the 2-seed. Notable that Rome Odunze is still not practicing.

George Kittle feeling “fabulous” and expects to play vs. Seahawks
My take: We often see decreased fantasy performance from pass catchers coming off ankle injuries so worth keeping in mind for any Week 18 bets or fantasy playoff competitions.

There is still time to enter the drawing to team up with me for the FFPC Playoff Challenge. Every referral = one entry. Last day to submit any referrals will be Wednesday, January 7th.
