Joe Burrow Back at Practice!?

📝 News & Notes
Joe Burrow returns to practice, with hopes of playing by Week 13 [Tom Pelissero]
My take: This is rather surprising given the initial timeline we were hearing but competitors want to compete and it sounds like Burrow is itching to get back on the field. Flacco has been more than competent for this offense but Burrow is still a boost to this entire offense for fantasy.
Giants fire HC Brian Daboll [Ian Rapoport]
My take: Probably not the biggest fantasy implications given the state of the offense but something to watch, especially if Jaxson Dart has to miss any time due to injury.
There is no timetable for Bucky Irving or Chris Godwin to return
My take: Ruling both out this early in the week continues to be very concerning for their return timeline. The Bucs are likely going to play it safe with both and are thinking NFL playoffs far more than anything in the next week or two.

💰️ Waiver Wire Report
These are the weakest waiver wire options we have had all year so the focus should be on determining if you need the immediate fill-in or can think long-term and play for playoff upside. Outside of Pierce, there really isn’t much worth spending waiver budget on.
QB
None
RB
No new valuable additions. Focus for RBs should be high-value handcuffs that are one injury away from being fantasy starters. My favorites that have substantial upside but also can be used as weekly fill-ins are: Tyler Allgeier, Blake Corum, Brian Robinson Jr., and Keaton Mitchell.
WR
IND Alec Pierce (15% - 20%): You are unlikely to find a WR with as strong of a role as Pierce between now and the end of the fantasy regular season. Grab him if you need the WR help.
TB Tez Johnson (2% - 4%): With Godwin’s return still unknown, Johnson has strengthened his connection with Mayfield and now has 4 TDs in the last 4 games
TE
CHI Colston Loveland (1% - 2%): Loveland's role took a hit with Cole Kmet’s return but he still has the pedigree and talent to erupt as a high upside TE
