📝 News & Notes

Tua officially benched for Quinn Ewers
My take: The tea leaves were there Monday but we got the official benching announcement yesterday. Unfortunate the week before the easiest match-up for fantasy as this is like a downgrade for the entire offense. Darren Waller has the best match-up but not sure we can trust Ewers to capitalize on it or have the same rapport. Jaylen Waddle as well takes a big hit and De’Von Achane to a lesser degree.

RJ Harvey is practicing in full, good to go for Week 16
My take: Missing Wednesday practices aren’t that noteworthy but when a player you’re concerned about does practice, that’s notable

Rashee Rice enters concussion protocol, unlikely to play Week 16
My take: This is a major hit for best ball teams that were counting on Rice, holding onto that little bit of hope that Minshew would pepper him with targets. But perhaps this is blessing in disguise for redraft as it may save people from a risky play.

📺️ TNF Game Preview

8:15pm ET on Amazon Prime: LAR @ SEA (LAR -1.5, O/U 44.5)

While this is set up to be quite the exciting match-up between the top two teams in the NFC, the major X factor is we’re expecting the winds to be anywhere between 20-40mph with potential typical Seattle light rain.

Start with confidence
Los Angeles - Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, Colby Parkinson
Seattle - Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Start them if you need to
Los Angeles - Matthew Stafford, Blake Corum, LAR DST
Seattle - Kenneth Walker, Zach Charbonnet, Rashid Shaheed, K Jason Myers, SEA DST

Sit them if you can
Los Angeles - K Harrison Mevis
Seattle - Sam Darnold, Cooper Kupp, AJ Barner

My favorite bet of the night
Longest Field Goal Made Yards: UNDER 50.5
High wind gusts, possible rain, and two pretty strong defenses. Without the weather impact, I’d price this only a yard or two higher which tells me there is value on the under if the weather ends how we’re expecting.
