📝 News & Notes
The Jaguars trade Tank Bigbsy to the Eagles for 2026 5th and 6th round picks.
My take: This further cements Travis Etienne as the RB1 in Jacksonville and opens the door for rookie Bhayshul Tuten to make an early impact (and potentially more as the season progresses).
For those who were reading FFin60 on August 14th, you may remember my strong pro-Etienne stance. Hopefully it helped you with your drafting!
📝 Waiver Wire Report
How you think about the waiver wire is specific to your team and your needs. What should be prioritized is different for everyone so the FFin60 Waiver Wire Report will rank the players within each position and provide a FAB range to spend.
QB
Justin Fields ($10 - $15): was a borderline draftable QB, looked solid, grab if available and you need a starting QB
Daniel Jones ($2 - $3): great to see Indy’s willingness to let him run, though will still have some rough games
RB
Quinshon Judkins ($12 - $15): could be back as soon as next week as the primary back on a run-first team, though not expecting Dylan Sampson to disappear
Dylan Sampson ($5 - $8): strong value until Judkins gets back, still will retain value afterwards and strong contingency during an injury or suspension to Judkins
Bhayshul Tuten ($5 - $8): Still behind Etienne but has league winning upside if you can stash him for the second half of the season (or ETN injury)
Trey Benson ($3 - $5): has the third down role currently, likely an elite handcuff if Conner were to get hurt
Kenneth Gainwell ($2 - $4): had a near even split with Jaylen Warren, concern is how long that’ll last with Kalen Johnson in the wings
WR
Quentin Johnston ($10 - $15): former 1st round pick, getting elite WR usage on what appears to be a pass-first team
Marquise (Hollywood) Brown ($5 - $8): would be a higher priority if the Worthy injury looked more long-term but with him day-to-day, Brown likely remains the WR2 in KC until Rice gets back
Kayshon Boutte ($3 - $5): possibly the new WR1 in New England, however valuable that might be
Cedric Tillman ($3 - $5): averaging 15.2 half-ppr in the last five games he remained healthy
Calvin Austin ($1 - $2): flyer on the #2 WR for Aaron Rodgers
Romeo Doubs ($1 - $2): only Packers WR to play more than 50% of the snaps
TE
Juwan Johnson ($3 - $5): elite usage in week 1 without any TE competition in New Orleans
Harold Fannin Jr. ($2 - $4): coming off arguably the best TE season in college football history, just set a record for most receptions in first NFL game for a TE
Michael Mayer ($1 - $2): high quality fill-in if Brock Bowers misses time
