What to do with Wednesday Practice Reports

TNF Game Preview: SEA @ ARI

📝 News & Notes

Today is a good reminder that Wednesday’s practice reports are the least predictive for that week’s games. We often see veterans getting scheduled rest, teams being extra cautious with injuries, or intermittent preventative maintenance. And because no decisions have to be made Wednesday night, it’s always best to monitor the Thursday reports before making TNF start/sit decisions, and Friday and weekend reports for Sunday.

I can also share my and other Twitter accounts that I consider must-follows if you’re looking to stay on top of fantasy football content beyond FFin60.

📺️ TNF Game Preview

8:15pm ET on Amazon Prime: SEA @ ARI (SEA -1.5, O/U 43.5)

Start with confidence
Arizona - Trey Benson, Trey McBride
Seattle - Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Start them if you need to
Arizona - Kyler Murray, Marvin Harrison Jr.
Seattle - Kenneth Walker III, Zach Charbonnet

Sit them if you can
Arizona - Emari Demarcado, Michael Wilson, Chad Ryland (K), ARI DST
Seattle - Cooper Kupp, Tory Horton, Sam Darnold, Jason Myers (K),. SEA DST

My favorite Bet
Tory Horton OVER 21.5 yards
Last Thursday we hit with the shortest FG being over 26.5 yards. Tonight we’re going with red hot Tory Horton coming off his two-TD performance. I do not expect his snaps to significantly increase as he is still only playing in 3-WR sets but the connection with Sam Darnold is strengthening and there’s opportunity for his targets per route run to increase. Also don’t hate laddering the Horton receiving yards given his big play ability.

📊 Poll of the Day

Yesterday’s poll: Who was the best 10th round pick this year?

Probably the most surprising result as well, but Javonte Williams likely takes the crown as I’d call him a 4th or 5th round if we were re-drafting today. He has a valuable role on a high-powered offense and there’s no reason to believe he’ll lose it. Keenan Allen would be a 7th/8th rounder and Cam Skattebo 6th/7th. Caleb Williams and Drake Maye a little behind them.

How would you say your interest in your fantasy football teams compares to the beginning of the season?
